Terms of Use

End-user license agreement for the Fnc1 Client Portal. Last updated September 3, 2026.

These terms govern your use of the Fnc1 Client Portal (the "Portal"), operated by Fnc1 ("we", "us"). By signing in to the Portal you agree to them. If you are using the Portal on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that company, and "you" includes the company.

1. Who may use the Portal

The Portal is for Fnc1 customers and the people they authorize. Access is by invitation or by verifying an email address that we have on file. We may add, change, or remove access at any time, and account managers on a customer account may add or remove contacts for their company.

2. Your account

Sign-in codes are sent to your email address. Keep that mailbox secure, do not share codes, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your access. Anything done under your sign-in is treated as done by you or your company.

3. Quotes, orders, and invoices

4. Artwork you upload

You confirm that you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, and other material you upload, and that our producing it for you does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us permission to store, proof, and reproduce that material for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. We are not responsible for errors in artwork that you have approved.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Portal collects and how we use it, including how the Portal works with our QuickBooks Online accounting system.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Ownership

The Portal, its design, and its content (other than material you upload) belong to Fnc1 or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Portal for its intended purpose and nothing more.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Portal is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties about it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
